Reporting to the Associate Director Employment Relations, you'll work across a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives. You'll transform complex employment data into meaningful insights, develop and maintain employment policies, support collective bargaining activities, and partner with leaders to improve employment practices across the University. This is a varied role that combines analytical thinking, policy development, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with HR specialists, senior leaders, governance teams and external stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that make a real organisational impact.
