SUMMARY
Mortenson’s Power Delivery group is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent I to provide overall electrical expertise and supervision for project electrical scopes from planning through closeout. This role will oversee electrical subcontractors, ensure quality installations, and support site management in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate electrical work on-site, including underground cabling, overhead lines, and substation construction Review drawings, submittals, and specifications for quality and compliance Develop and maintain project schedules and 3-week look-aheads Supervise and ensure quality control for self-performed and subcontracted work Monitor subcontractor performance, safety, and resource planning Lead installation and termination of fiber optic cables Enforce Mortenson’s Zero Injury Program and project qu...
