Collect and organize all of the bid information documents from the General Contractor(s)
Evaluate the bid documents and determine the best methods and strategies for design with assistance from the engineering manager/pre-construction manager
Provide bid information as needed to the appropriate design services providers
Perform preliminary Designs
Provide the estimating team with all known bid breakdown requirements
Evaluate all quoted items for accuracy
Organize the bid documents
Coordinate with the pre-construction manager to follow-up with the client until the bid is won or lost
