**DESCRIPTION**
The **Senior Director - Sales Winco Team** is responsible for the coordination and development of the Retail Sales and Merchandising Organization for the market/team. They must be able to lead, manage and coach activities of the Sales Team to ensure the sales and merchandising objectives of the company and clients are achieved and that analytics/insights are aligned with customers and clients’ scorecards.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Sales Team Leadership: Will be responsible for 7 direct reports
+ Train/mentor/coach associates to optimize team performance
+ Own the Customer Leadership Connections at Winco with support from Acosta Leadership
+ Recruitment of new business to Winco team
+ Develop and maintain consistent communication and rapport with clients and customers to address opportunities and expectations
+ To implement and manage client objectives.
