**Senior Director- Enterprise Strategy- MSHS**

The Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy is a key member of Mount Sinai Health System’s (MSHS) strategy function, reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy. This role is responsible for leading discrete strategic initiatives and ongoing analysis of enterprise-level strategies that collectively advance the health system’s broader enterprise strategy across clinical, research, and educational activities in the “One Mount Sinai” approach. This individual will also assess emerging opportunities that position Mount Sinai for continued growth in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The Senior Director will work collaboratively with senior leadership and key stakeholders to shape and realize the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term strategic goals.
