The Senior Director, Assembly & Test (A&T) Material & Equipment Procurement leads the global sourcing and procurement strategy for materials and manufacturing equipment supporting internal factory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, supplier performance, and geographical resiliency, in close partnership with Factory Operations, Package Innovation, Test Engineering, Business Lines, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain. The role provides strategic leadership across commodity strategy development, supplier negotiations, contracting, and supply risk management within a complex, dynamic, and fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned procurement leader with strong commercial acumen, a deep technical understanding of A&T processes, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across a global organization.
