We’re working with a large retailer looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to come in and lead the website and app user experience strategy.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of website and app user experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

• Lead UX strategy across web and app, using data, insights, and best practices
• Define and manage SEO strategy with agency support
• Set annual KPIs for digital platforms with internal stakeholders
• Oversee frontend design and development within budget and strategic priorities
