Are you a process-driven NPD expert who thrives in fast-paced, retailer-facing environments? Do you enjoy bringing exciting, culinary-led products to life from handover through to launch?

Working as part of the R&D Team to ensure the successful launch of new products in line with customer critical paths.

You will be the link between Product Development and full production. You will be responsible for projects, working through the hand over stage to product launch. You will be playing an active role in ensuring that all products are fully validated and set up to maintain product standards against customer codes of practice and Pilgrim’s Europe manufacturing standards.
