Report to Senior Leadership to manage projects through all development phases
Secure and complete the necessary administration for client commissions
Take the lead on new development opportunities on behalf of our clients
Support lease negotiations and/or development agreements to protect our occupier clients interests
Obtain all statutory approvals / agreements in line with the client brief
Write and contribute to client business cases
Undertake market analysis
Develop and maintain long term relationships with external professional design and engineering consultants
Obtain fee proposals, undertake tender analysis and recommend consultants for appointment
Assemble development teams
Work with a range of internal teams and external advisors through design, planning, cost and value management, procurement and constriction delivery phases
