Responsibilities
Lead architectural design management for design‑build or traditional projects, either working alongside the in‑house design team or deployed directly to the main contractor’s project team.
Integrate value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk assessments early in the design stage.
Oversee design coordination across all disciplines (Arch, BS, Str, Civil).
Manage and guide the internal architectural design team.
Requirements
In‑depth knowledge of either Singapore or Hong Kong building regulations, codes, and construction practices. Exposure to both markets will be an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; professional qualification preferred, such as:
Hong Kong: HKIA, ARB Registered Architect
UK: RIBA Chartered Architect
Singapore: SIA Registered Architect
