            Key Responsibilities  Lead the Technical & Design Department (Engineering, Design, Drafting). 
Act as the highest technical authority across all projects. 
Oversee design development from tender stage through to project completion. 
Review and approve design concepts, calculations, shop drawings, and technical submissions. 
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, codes, and client specifications. 
Drive constructability, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives. 
Resolve complex technical and interdisciplinary issues. 
Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, QA/QC, HSE, and Commercial teams. 
Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and authorities. 
Provide technical support on contracts, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
