We're supporting a growing manufacturing business in the search for a Senior Design Engineer to play a key role across product design, manufacturing improvement and customer delivery.

This is a hands-on position where you'll lead a Junior Design Engineer while working closely with Operations, Production and Sales to ensure designs are both commercially viable and readily manufacturable. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, helping to bridge the gap between customer requirements and practical manufacturing solutions.
