            Responsibilities Lead complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical specifications. 
Conduct thorough design reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and design flaws before prototyping. 
Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity. 
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—manufacturing, testing, etc.—to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. 
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field required. 
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in design engineering with a proven track record of successful projects. 
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), simulation tools, and related design software.
