Assist Team Leader/Design Manager to ensure architectural deliverables are of high quality, coordinated and on time for all deliverables.
Work with internal and external team members in the coordination and preparation of design tender and other project documents and drawings/deliverables.
Ensure the coordinated design meets design expectations, performance and specifications of the design objective and client’s design brief, and satisfies technical and code compliance matters.
Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of the Project Team.
Lead the preparation of architectural reports and presentations.
Assist the Team Leader/Design Manager to ensure that the overall project timeline is closely monitored and to ensure timely outputs from the team.
