            Responsibilities  Lead daily operations of 3 Centers, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure holistic care for clients. 
Oversee assessments, admissions, and reviews; ensure compliance with MOH regulations, nursing standards, licensing, and inspections. 
Plan manpower, manage staffing, and provide coaching, training, and performance support to staff. 
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency. 
Promote centre services through outreach, events, and partnerships to increase awareness and client enrolment. 
Handle regulatory submissions, workload reporting, and subvention matters. 
Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality and productivity. 
 Job Requirements  Minimum Diploma in Social Work/Community Care/Gerontology. 
Minimum 6 years experience working in Supervisory.
