Day-to-Day Activities: Fulfill service tickets assigned by the DBA Lead. Plan and coordinate service requests with stakeholders, including application, infrastructure, security, service providers, and others. Handle necessary service request tickets for both BAU and projects. Provide build and BAU support for various databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MariaDB, Yugabyte, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with ExaCC and management consoles like OEM and OCI is necessary. Exposure to Exadata and other Oracle technologies, such as Oracle Business Suites, is required. Ensure timely closure of all service requests and compliance with change management processes. Respond to, support, and resolve after‑hours project activities or incident tickets as necessary.
