We are seeking an experienced Data Centre construction and commissioning specialist with recent involvement supporting Colo providers and GC/MEP contractors across construction, fit-out, and commissioning projects within mission-critical environments. Strong technical understanding of Data Centre MEP critical infrastructure systems, including electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, BMS/EPMS, and integrated commissioning activities.
Key Accountabilities;
Interrogate project and commissioning schedules to identify critical path risks and protect milestone dates
Identify opportunities to expedite project delivery and reduce CAPEX costs without compromising quality or operational resilience
Identify technical, operational, and delivery risks and implement mitigation plans
Manage construction-stage change to minimise impact on cost and programme delivery
