Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst (5–7+ years) to design and evolve enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, ServiceNow, and ITSM data

Line of business: Treasury & Payment Solutions Technology

Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Location: GTA ( (Scarborough, Barrie, Downtown Toronto) - Hybrid - 2 days/week in office (Thursday team meeting and the other is flexible)

Join a collaborative technology team supporting Treasury & Payment Solutions initiatives across critical banking operations. This role focuses on transforming complex ITSM and operational data into actionable insights that enhance service stability and performance. You will partner with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to shape data strategies supporting continuous improvement and AI-driven automation. Exceptional performers may be considered for full-time conversion at the end of the contract.
