Senior Customer Success Manager

Position Overview: As CSM you will manage Strategy's large accounts. Build strong relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, understand customers, ensure highest satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams for successful adoption and ongoing usage of the Strategy platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth and successful implementation.
  • Account Management: Serve as primary point of contact, foster relationships, conduct check-ins, monitor usage, provide optimization recommendations, manage book of business, provide forecasting, maintain retention and growth rates, meet quarterly goals.
