Resolve written enquiries received from customers, agents, government sectors, regulatory bodies, etc.Conduct investigations independently and offer quality resolutions to customers to resolve the mattersEnsure cases are handled within the standard turnaround time and in compliance with the company guidelines and regulatory requirementsWork with other departments on case resolution and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experienceHandle ad hoc tasks and projectsRequired Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage
