Main Objective:

  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will provide support in the following areas
  • To maximize revenue potential• Central Point of contact between Customers, Sales/Business Development, Supply Chain & Ops Support team
  • To ensure offers and tenders activities complies to the procedures, increase the winning rate and optimise sales margin
  • Ensure tender and quotation are managed in accordance with the defined process, directives from company standards
  • Build on current work process and seek for areas of improvementTo achieve 100% customer satisfaction

  • Handle customers’ inquiry/tender for our products and services• Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis
  • Provide admin support to Sales and Technical Support Team to achieve sales
