About the Role

This is a 12 month maternity leave cover. As the Senior Customer Lifecycle Manageryou  will set the direction and lead the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle strategy for Bupa APAC. You’ll drive growth and retention through data-led, personalised journeys, identify the key lifecycle moments and shape the roadmap that supports customer-led growth by delivering connected care.

As a senior leader within the APAC CX team, you’ll shape strategy, lead major initiatives, mentor others and partner closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, digital and operations to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
