Key Responsibilities:

• Perform credit checks and onboard new customer accounts
• Collect outstanding debts within KPI targets
• Allocate and reconcile customer payments
• Manage overdue accounts, payment plans, demand letters and account holds
• Escalate bad debts and present high-risk accounts to the Risk Committee
