The Senior Counsellor (Manager, Counselling) provides professional counselling services that support students’ mental health, emotional wellbeing, and academic success. The role includes early intervention, crisis management, and leadership of the counselling team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall student experience.

• Counselling and case management, mental health and wellbeing support, crisis intervention and risk management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, development of awareness initiatives, delivery of wellness training programmes, oversight of administrative and compliance requirements.
