The Department:This position will support the Assistant General Counsel, U.S. Product Strategy & Governance, and broader U.S. Legal team in delivering legal support across Invesco’s investment products.The Role:The role includes regular engagement with senior leadership, interested and independent trustees and directors, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring legal risks are addressed in a practical and commercially aligned manner.
Responsibilities of the Role:

Provide legal advice relating to Invesco’s investment products, including publicly listed REITs, ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end funds, other pooled vehicles.

Support product development, structuring, and distribution with strong Securities Laws capabilities across the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934. funds and vehicles.
