**Senior Counsel**

**Position Summary:**

+ **Onsite based out of our Bridgewater, NJ location**

The **Senior Counsel** will closely interface with other members of the Legal Department and business development and operations personnel throughout the US and certain international locations. The **Senior Counsel** will be an important legal resource on our commercial team.

Our Bridgewater location is the corporate office for Catalent.

**The Role:**

+ Draft, review, analyze, structure and negotiate various manufacturing, packaging,development, purchase, supply, license, and service agreements
+ Advise and provide training to business unit personnel with respect to compliance policies, customer and vendor relations, contract matters, and regulatory issues
