Calculates estimates by using processes labor availability and productivity material prices based on historical data. Tabulates cost studies cash flows and prospect analysis. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. At this level employees typically expected to perform duties for 2 or more functional disciplines. May provide guidance to less experienced team members. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10 years of experience.
