            Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
CMA certification preferred; CPA, ACCA, or CA is an advantage 
8-10 years of experience in cost accounting or management accounting 
Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production-driven industries 
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Odoo, etc.) 
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP 
Advanced skills in material, labor and overhead costing, BOM costing and cost roll-ups, margin analysis and cost allocation 
High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, cost models, dashboards) 
Ability to analyze large sets of financial and operational data 
Strong reporting and financial analysis
