Senior Corporate Governance Counsel

SIX is looking for a Corporate Governance Counsel (100%) to help strengthen corporate governance across the Group. The role is of mid-level seniority, with room for learning and development.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head Legal Governance and the Governance teams in Switzerland and Spain. You will help shape governance standards, support legal entity management, and improve key governance processes across an international group.

The Group accounts for 70 entities, 21 of which are regulated by financial regulators and/or national banks, in Switzerland, Spain and the UK.
