Overview
As part of Gallagher’s Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help keep recruiting work moving across an assigned region or support area. You’ll play a key role in coordination and operational support, helping recruiters and stakeholders with accurate processes and a positive candidate experience. This role sits at the centre of day to day Talent Acquisition activity. It is about keeping work organised, timely and consistent, so candidates and internal teams get the support they need. How you'll make an impact You’ll manage interview scheduling, requisition tracking, internal job postings, offer letter preparation and candidate communications for assigned requisitions. You’ll also review coordinator level documents and workflows for completeness and accuracy, and raise issues or differences to team leaders or Supervisors when needed.
