The Sr Coordinator, International Payroll and HR Services – Latin America & Caribbean supports payroll and
HR operations across multiple countries in the region, helping ensure accurate,
timely, and compliant execution of payroll, employee lifecycle, and related
control activities. This role works closely with HR Services teams, Regional
HR, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain process continuity,
data quality, and service reliability in a complex multinational environment. The
role is responsible for executing and coordinating defined operational
activities, validating data and outputs, supporting statutory and
banking-related processes, maintaining documentation and controls, and helping
resolve day-to-day issues across payroll and HR services. The analyst also
