Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen and food production operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and operational requirements.
  • Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of food.
  • Monitor and manage food inventory; assist with stock ordering when required.
  • Assist in planning work schedules, manpower allocation, and operational improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on food preparation procedures, hygiene practices, and workplace standards.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and company standards.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
