This opportunity entails being responsible for facilitating and managing a portfolio of contracts to address a variety of design, construction, remediation, replacement and improvement projects. Will work with local transit clients in a program management capacity developing project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and contractual terms and conditions to promote fair and open competition.
