The Senior Contract Manager (Sr. Manager of Franchise Compliance and Collision Programs) is a North American role overseeing our activity relative to renewals, transfers and the at‑risk side of the business. Their focus is on retention measures, streamlined workflow, Franchisee and working collaboratively with key stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure we are compliant and contractually sound. This role works in close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, and senior leaders in Development, Operations, Legal, Finance/Accounting, and is attuned with the company’s strategic objectives to produce results and outcomes.
