Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant – IT & Digital Operations

This role supports a high‑impact, global IT and Digital transformation initiative. It is suited for a senior consultant who can operate across strategy, execution, and senior stakeholder engagement within complex, technology‑driven environments. This role focuses on IT and Digital operations only (software engineering, platforms, cloud, product, and technology services).

What You’ll Do

• Lead global continuous improvement initiatives across IT and Digital teams
• Assess and optimize technology delivery and operating models (SDLC, Agile, DevOps, Cloud)
• Design and embed scalable processes, governance, and performance metrics
• Facilitate senior leadership workshops (process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis)
