Customer Success Technical Consultant Low-Code Development Agile Methodologies Software Implementation

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will engage with customers post-sales, developing software solutions on the Appian platform to drive digital transformation and competitive differentiation. You will lead projects throughout the entire project life-cycle, defining, designing, developing, and implementing custom software solutions using Appian’s low‑code platform. This includes working within an agile environment to understand client’s business processes and technical needs, launching new relational data models in production, developing APIs to integrate with multiple systems, and leading/mentoring consultants through fast‑paced software implementations.
