About the role

Senior Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing D&I solutions for customers as part of the Professional Services – D&I Consultancy team. The role involves document writing, knowledge transfer, issue resolution, upselling, project‑management advisory, leading projects, managing escalations, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering & analysis: work with clients to understand business processes, goals, pain points; conduct workshops; map functional and technical requirements to D&I functionalities.
• Solution design & customization: design workflows, processes, and solutions; configure modules such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and project management; recommend and design customisations or integrations with third‑party tools.
