Construction Project Manager
Job Description
The Construction Project Manager oversees complex public sector construction projects, with a strong focus on K–12, higher education, and municipal facilities. This role leads projects from planning and design through construction and closeout, serving as an owner’s representative and primary point of contact for public clients. The position requires deep expertise in municipal design codes, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across school and municipal projects.
Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end management of construction projects for public clients, including K–12 schools, higher education facilities, and municipal buildings.
