Role Purpose Responsible that the project complies with Corporate EHS objectives & metrics, at the project level
Job Responsibilities - Dual reporting relationship to Project Manager when assigned to a project;
- Responsible for the Construction Team manpower planning and allocation of job roles and responsibilities, technical guidance, mentoring, monitoring and evaluating performance;
- Responsible for ensuring the construction team is trained and understands the project requirements (schedule, quality and priorities) and individual responsibilities when signing Company and authority forms and procedures;
- Ensures effective coordination between construction, Engineering and planning activities within the team;
- Responsible for regular reporting of the construction status, including weekly / monthly reports;
