Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Provide up-to-date guidance to underwriters to ensure business is written in accordance with Lloyd’s domestic and international licensing arrangementsProvide up-to-date guidance to underwriters and claims staff to ensure adherence to applicable financial and trade sanctions measures imposed by UN resolutions and EU, UK and US sanctions legislationDecide on a resolution of sanctions related enquiries as presented by underwriters and claims staff in accordance with the Company’s Financial Crime Policy and Procedures and under the oversight of the Head of ComplianceResponsible for collating and preparing the monthly Compliance Reports for, and be a member of, the Company Underwriting Governance CommitteeQualifications required:
