An established global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its growing UK & European arm. Known for its collaborative culture and strong governance framework, the business operates across multiple jurisdictions and is focused on delivering competitive, compliant and well-structured compensation and benefits offerings across its international workforce.

Working within a high-performing HR team, you will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery ofreward across a number of European markets, with particular responsibility for the oversight and development of employee benefits programmes.
