The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in B2B collections, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, with a proven track record of managing complex collection activities, resolving disputes, and driving process improvements. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
