Responsibilities include incident management, proactive risk identification, and service recovery, as well as enhancing operational documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field and 3-6 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including proficiency in Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
