Senior CLM Analytics – Overview As Senior CLM Analytics you will drive data‑driven decision making for Customer Lifecycle Management across Mexico, Colombia and Chile. You’ll build measurement frameworks, develop predictive models, and partner with marketing and product teams to shape the CLM strategy regionally.
Key Responsibilities - Build and standardise CLM measurement frameworks across all three markets to enable consistent, comparable reporting.
- Develop and maintain predictive models for churn risk, upsell potential and customer lifecycle stage classification.
- Own the A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure for CLM campaigns, ensuring optimisation is fast, rigorous and reliable.
