            Responsibilities  Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction and support throughout the contract lifecycle 
Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and key points of contact within client organizations 
Drive annual revenue retention and growth by developing and executing strategic account plans 
Leverage data insights to communicate ROI and clinical metrics effectively to clients 
Lead marketing and engagement campaigns to boost member enrollment in collaboration with the marketing team 
Serve as the primary connective tissue between clients and internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Clinical Operations 
 Requirements  6+ years of experience working with self-insured employers, payers, or TPAs 
6+ years of client relationship or account management experience with national payers or Fortune 500 employers
