Overall experience of 8 to 12 years’ experience in Contingent / Contract Staffing along with experience in MSP
Relevant experience in Timesheet, Payroll Management, Payables etc
Relevant experience in Rate/contract negotiation and contract extension
Be a trusted advisor who demonstrates high level consulting skills, professionalism, commercial acumen, and credibility
Proven ability to achieve positive outcomes in a high touch client facing environment and be confident communicating with key stakeholders on internal and external market factors with the expertise to deliver, engage and build relationships
