Senior Client Partners sit at the centre of Toluna’s client ecosystem, acting as trusted advisors to senior stakeholders while leading commercial growth, strategic account development, and AI‑enabled insight.

This role goes beyond traditional research leadership. Senior Client Partners are expected to champion Toluna’s AI capabilities, including Synthetic Personas, and AI‑driven analytics, integrating them into reporting and client strategies to unlock faster, bigger, and more future‑proof decisions.

You will own senior client relationships, shape growth strategies, and lead opportunities where human expertise and AI‑driven intelligence combine to deliver transformative impact.
