To plan, organize and control air operation activities, to ensure proper control and compliance in place during various stages including input, movement, process / sort, and output of all the air operation documents, to meet high service quality requirements at minimal cost.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute air freight shipments.
Receive and set up shipment booking from customers.
Liaise with internal air pricing for space booking.
Liaise with internal gateway team on consolidation.
Coordinate air exports shipment with appointed Airport CFS vendor.
Execute air exports documentation.
Monitor and ensure all shipments are uplifted.
Daily communication with the customers by email and telephone.
Coordinate with internal Air Pricing/Sales/Overseas to execute the shipment as per SOP’s requirements/Adhoc quote.
