• Provide advice to clients
• Advise clients on cancelations
• Advise clients on changes to policy
• Fit and Proper Requirements

Requirements

• Matric
• Registration as an Employee Representative (FSB)
• Relevant Qualification as per the FSB Board Notice (Depending on date of appointment in the industry)
• Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives (RE5)
• 2 Years' Experience in the Insurance Industry
• 1 Year Client Services
• Category A, B1, B2, C and Retail Benefits
