The Civil Senior Engineer I must possess a strong technical background and sound engineering judgement which will be applied in the development of deliverables for industrial site development projects. Essential Functions

Works collaboratively in a team environment.
Develops design concepts, prepares calculations, writes specifications, and issues construction drawings
Interfaces with permitting agencies, rail operators, utility companies and/or municipalities providing utility services, etc.
Functions as Lead Engineer, supervising designers and other engineering staff, interfacing directly with project personnel and clients, and monitoring budgets and schedules.
